Account information you provide (name, email, billing details) and the DMARC aggregate/forensic report data sent by mail receivers to your domain's unique reporting address. Report data includes sending IPs, message volumes, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC results — never the body or subject of your email.
To generate your dashboard, compliance charts, and email digests, and to provide support when you contact us. We do not sell account or report data to third parties.
Aggregate report data is retained for 60 days on standard plans so you can review recent history. Account and billing records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes.
We share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing), each bound by their own confidentiality obligations.
You can remove a domain, update your profile, or close your account at any time from settings. Contact support if you need a copy of your data or want it deleted outside the normal retention window.
